The failure is a regression in nokogumbo:

# 2.0.2
Nokogiri::HTML5::fragment(nil)
# => #<Nokogiri::HTML5::DocumentFragment:0x3fda6e849f80 name="#document-fragment">

# nokogumbo 2.0.3
Nokogiri::HTML5::fragment(nil)
# => NoMethodError (undefined method `to_str' for nil:NilClass)

I dunno, should we be parsing nil? @lis2 can you fix this? Perhaps we report this regression to nokogumbo as well while at it.

The upgrades sounds important to me.

@jbrw this is the same upgrade here (as a separate PR) that I mentioned. @lis2 might be looking into it.

closing, @lis2 has a separate PR to fix.

OK, I won’t notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I’ll resolve any conflicts on it.
