UX: New text and style for dominating topic message (PR #13789)

This shortens the text and (hopefully) makes the message sound less patronizing. It also adds an invite button to make including others easier.

I’m also trying some new styling for shorter messages like this… more padding, larger text, shorter box:

I also made a couple small adjustments to this single-tab invite modal (made the title larger and bold when it’s not used along with other tabs)

The title of this pull request changed from “Dominating topic message” to "UX: New text and style for dominating topic message

Nothing we can do to avoid this somewhat magic number ?

maybe .btn-primary would be a better choice here ?

could you add a wrapping html element here please?

It’s tricky because the composer popup is absolutely positioned, so if I want the same spacing here I have to add up the heights, padding, and margin.

I added a comment that explains where the number comes from a little better…
